Job Title:        (Position Filled) Field Service Engineer

The Company
A leading manufacturer and supplier of Gaming Machines (AWP’s & SWP’s) is seeking a Field Service Engineer / Technician to take responsibility for the servicing, maintenance and repair of their Electronic Gaming Equipment.

Role Purpose

  • To travel to sites in order to repair and maintain machines.
  • To perform servicing of machines as per the maintenance schedule.
  • To represent the company in a professional manner at all times

Machine Management

  • To carry out servicing and maintenance on all machines to a very high standard.
  • To repair all faults, of possible, as per the Service Level Agreement.
  • To notify your Manager of any and all faults that you are not able to repair.
  • To contact Central Stores for the ordering of any new parts required.
  • To take responsibility for your development of product and machine knowledge with the ultimate goal of becoming an expert.
  • To ensure all machines meet the required standards as per the Service Level Agreement.
  • To ensure maintenance is carried out on all machines as dictated by the maintenance schedule.
  • To undertake PAT testing, of all portable appliances, as per the SLA.
  • To meet and exceed targets for:
  • Servicing
  • Presentation
  • Mech, Glass and Reel Cleaning.
  • To undertake machine moves to company standards and with limited disruption to the customer.

Customer Service

  • To be friendly and interactive with all customers you have contact with.
  • Where appropriate, provide help, assistance and on playing the machines.
  • To field in a professional manner any customer’s comments and complaints.

Legal

  • Ensure the company policies and procedures are adhered to consistently.
  • Effectively implement, on a day-to-day basis, the Health & Safety and Social Responsibility training you have been given.
  • To be aware of and follow all legal and company policies and procedures as instructed.
  • Ensure Protection of the Company’s Licensing Obligations / Objectives.

A leading Operator of Adult Gaming Centres is seeking a talented Field Service Engineer / Technician to take responsibility for the maintenance and repair of their Electronic Gaming Equipment.

Role Purpose

  • Develop and support communication lines with operations to aid effective information flow
  • To represent the company in a professional manner at all times

The Company

A leading Operator of Adult Gaming Centres is seeking a talented Senior Field Service Engineer / Senior Technician to take responsibility for the maintenance and repair of their Electronic Gaming Equipment within one of their flagship sites.

Role Purpose

  • Effective control of all aspects of your technical area.

  • To support all terms of the Service Level Agreement. 

  • Forge and support communication lines with Operations Structure to aid concise information flow.

  • Promote and endorse the ability and service your team can provide.

  • To represent the company in a professional manner. 

Personnel

  • To propose and manage weekly technicians rota.

  • Organise and control holiday entitlement.

  • Ensure appropriate daily site technical cover as per the Service level Agreement.

  • Monitor and actively prioritise machine faults.

  • Offer assistance in advance fault fixing.

  • Propose and Manage, weekly schedules for:

  • Maintenance

  • Presentation

  • Mech / Reel / Glass cleaning

  • Machine Moves

  • PAT Testing

  • Check and Control levels and standards of Fault Repairs / Maintenance / Productivity.

  • Effect correct Stock Levels and Control.

  • Promote knowledge flow, with regular contact and meetings with other Technical Supervisors.

  • Evaluate and Implement any training required by:

  • Scheduled personal one to one meetings.
  • Assessment of Personal Development Plans (PDP’s)

Job Title:        (Position Filled) Installation / Workshop Technician

The Company

A leading Supplier of Electronic Gaming Machines is seeking a talented and technically capable Installation / Workshop Technician.

The Role

  • Working within the shift system in place at your depot, to suit the company service needs. 
  • To carry out equipment preparation and equipment repair.
  • To carry out equipment installations and on site testing.
  • To ensure an exceptional level of customer care is delivered at all times.
  • To up-hold to a safe standard: loading, unloading and transportation of company equipment taking into account personal care, care to others and care of company equipment.
  • To co-operate, communicate and work effectively in a positive nature with both your colleagues and customers.
  • To be well presented and professional at all times.
  • To be self-motivated and eager to take advantage of the opportunities to learn and progress within the role and company.
  • To attend training and development seminars where applicable with the intention of becoming an expert on the company’s portfolio of products.
  • Ensure company vehicles are well maintained both mechanically and hygienically.
  • To Count / Transfer / and record company and customer monies.
  • To complete all company documents to a high standard.

The Candidate

  • You will have 3 years’ previous experience in electronic or electrical engineering and have a genuine interest and passion for your profession.
  • Experience with electronic gaming machines would be advantageous as would prior Workshop Technical experience.
  • To have the ability to work individually and part of a team.
  • To be diligent and aware of pending problems.
  • To have a high level of communication skills.
  • To be available for service cover when required.
